They really went above and beyond any expectations we had for this service. Drove out to our house to inspect the car, drove back out next day to pick up the car, held the insurance company accountable to ensure every damaged piece of the car was covered, refused to accept less than perfect replacement parts from the dealership (had them send back multiple parts several times because they came in already dented or broke each time), swapped out our battery that died while in his shop, diagnosed and fixed an issue with the auto start/stop, and finally cleaned the car! All of this for hail damage repair.... The world would really be a better place with more businesses like Eric and his crew's, or at least there would be better maintained cars! Thanks again for all your help, truly an incredible experience."
